Let’s start with some oh-so-yummy onion rings. They are so so so easy to make.

Of course, if you are lazy, there are tins of frozen ones you can buy at the grocery store. 🧅 Just Google Vegetarian Onion Rings to find the list.

Next…Let’s have a delicious milkshake, after all, it’s a vegetarian party!

EASY TO MAKE. Basic ingredients, milk, and vanilla ice cream, then pop them in a blender, and voila!

You can add other stuff too if you are feeling creative!

Fresh Fruit like bananas or frozen fruit! I always keep frozen strawberries and mixed fruit for an easy morning fruit shake. (Frozen fruit rules!)

Fun stuff! If you are lazy, there is always take-out or delivery. 🍌🥛🍦🍓 Dairy Queen and Steak n Shake make a mean milkshake.

Next comes Veggie Lasagna. Easy peasy, I swear! You don’t even need to boil water. I made this for my kids for years along with friends and family. They never missed the meat.

Yes, I did work in Taco Bell in 1978. It’s my favorite quick meal.

Again if you're lazy they’re $1.49 at Taco Bell.

So, I hope that you got some great ideas of how you can eat some yummy meatless meals.

So who is this Jan Sebastian writer chick?

I had a stroke so I am disabled and am kicking major ass.…well in some ways. I can’t walk or talk well but I’m a writing MO-FO! Kickin’ serious BUTT 100%!

This is my silly stroke therapy video. The focus on my face is hilarious! A crazy-ass redhead who is not at all normal and proud of it. I love people and love helping them. Unconventional seems right. Fearless and focused.
