No-cook lasagna noodles
No-meat spaghetti sauce ( prego or whatever)
Cottage cheese or RicottaMozzarella Cheese parmesan
Raw Spinach
Oil
Mushrooms or Zucchini sliced
Parmesan Cheese
Ina baking dish:
👉Put a tiny bit of oil in the bottom of the dish along with a couple of spoonfuls of sauce.
NOODLE TIME! 👉put in a layer of no-cook lasagna noodles
👉Now just layer. — sauce, cheese, raw spinach, mushrooms n zucchini
COVER WITH FOIL n bake Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
Uncover in the last 10 minutes if you’d like more of a crusty top or edges. I add some cheese on top.
Let cool a bit and dig in!
