Vegetarian Crumble Is a Meatless Hero
“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”

Beef is a great source of iron. However, I do limit my intake some.
This recipe has changed the way I look at beef. It is mind-blowing how much they resemble one another.
Meatless Crumble Recipe: Two cups Walnuts One can of Black Beans (rinsed) One Tablespoon Olive Oil
First, place nuts and beans in a food processor and pulse gently. Next, drizzle in the olive oil. Now, heat a frying pan with a little oil and brown the meatless mixture for about ten minutes.
This mixture is rich in Omega-3 and fiber. Adding different seasonings from your kitchen keeps mealtimes exciting.
Some of my meatless dishes are tacos, pasta, and veggie bowls. Might you try an option soon?
