Vaporizing The Anxiety

When you feel that tightness inside, like your heart is hermetically sealed , Feeling a form of energy caroming inside finding a path to be released ,

It’s okay … Just relax , Close your eyes and pause that moment in your mind , Take deep breaths virtually transporting yourself in a happy place with you being your Happy Self ;

It’s time to release this bucket load of anxiety you have ferried so far ,

Imagine it Vaporizing from your body like steam from a steam engine and bringing you back to the new present hour ..bearing a new feathered heart , It’s Fortuitous , It’s New , It’s Happy ,

This Present you are now in , is Anxiety Free .
