Use These 100 Keywords To Get Thousands of Article Views

High volume keywords in ten different categories.

I found 100 keywords that get thousands of views per month. Most of them get between 10K and 100K views.

Per month.

The last time I shared a list like this many people commented that the keywords I mentioned didn’t line up with the content they publish. Fair enough.

So, this time I took the liberty of finding ten high-traffic keywords in ten different categories:

  • Self-Improvement
  • Relationships
  • Sex/Sexuality
  • True Crime
  • Writing/Language
  • Tech
  • History
  • Spirituality
  • Culture
  • Marketing
  • Travel (bonus category!)

For each category, I’ll list 10 keywords and the associated monthly search volume. I found this information using my favorite paid keyword tool, Ahrefs.

By the way, I handpicked keywords for which you have a good chance to rank (and therefore get traffic).

Let’s get to it.

How Do You Use These Keywords?

Before we dive into the lists of keywords, you might be wondering how you can use them.

Keywords basically drive your content creation process. You use them to pick your article topic, create your title, write your introduction, and optimize your content for SEO (search engine optimization).

Here are five ways to use these keywords:

  1. Write an article (or batch of articles) on the topic.
  2. Use the keyword in the title of your article.
  3. Use the keyword once at the beginning of your article.
  4. Use the keyword in the Alt Text of one of your images (along with a simple definition of the image).
  5. Use the keyword in your SEO meta description.

Bonus Tip: Combine two keywords to maximize traffic.

I used a similar approach to keyword search to recently rank an article on a popular author in under 24 hours.

These methods work, but they do take the right keywords and the right content. While I can’t write the content for you, I can help you find keywords that blow up your organic Google traffic.

Without further ado, let’s see those 100 keywords!

How To Use These Keywords (Part II)

Can you just slap one of these keywords into your title and article?

Sure, but that’s not the best way to go about it. The best way, in my opinion, is to write an original article on the keyword/topic that hasn’t been written before — or at least hasn’t been written before in the exact same way you’ve written it.

I recommend that you:

  • Check the competition (just run a Google search for the term).
  • Think about why people might search the term (this is called “searcher intent”).
  • Look at the “People Also Ask” section of Google search.

The “People Also Ask” section will not only help you determine the searcher's intent, but it will also help you outline your article. You can simply answer some of those relevant questions in your article.

For example, when I Google “Are Arabic Writers Left-Handed?”, I find the following related questions in “People Also Ask”:

  • Is Arabic easier to write left-handed?
  • Is Arabic written left to right or right to left?
  • Are most Arabic writers left-handed?

To me, all of these questions are somewhat related.

I can use them to outline my article. The only thing left to do is to write an original article based on the keyword, competition, and searcher intent.

Closing Thoughts

I hope you found these keywords as fascinating as I did searching for them. I spent a few hours digging for the best keywords in these categories.

I can’t wait to read your articles!
