Use the Power of Three for Health and Happiness
Three is the smallest number of units that can be processed by a person to create a pattern
Three is level one of spirit manifestation. In reference to the number three, Lubomir Dimitrov, astrologer and spiritualist says:
“It is about synthesis and harmony and equilibrium within the local context. One is added to two to produce an entirely new energy. From the potentially antagonistic two (or polarity, which means 2 elements pushing and pulling), a harmonising element appears.”
Conventional medical science tells us that a human being’s central memory store is limited to 3 to 5 meaningful items in young adults. Older adults may be limited to retention of fewer items simultaneously but not necessarily in smaller chunks than when they were younger.
Human beings have become proficient at pattern recognition by necessity, and three is the smallest number of elements required to create a pattern.
The power of three can be used to give yourself support and encouragement, by focusing on 3 harmonizing concepts at one time.
“Self-consolation” or soothing and calming yourself can be very helpful to get through tough times. From personal experience, I have found that saying certain statements aloud or silently have helped me to focus on the positives in front of me and on potential positives.
For Healing
“There is that” when you focus on what is going well for you, on lessons learned, and on plans or timetables and positive possibilities for healing.
“Patience, perseverance, and perpetuity” when you consciously choose to be patient and to persevere, knowing that “time heals” and that the cycles of healing are perpetual (or an ongoing natural process).
“Happy, Healthy, and Wise” where these words show a state of being, which if you choose to “feel” them as much as possible, will magnetize these to you. You might like to preface the phrase or each word with “I am”.
“Healthy, vibrant, and strong” empowers you to believe in these and to ask your body to heal itself well and quickly by telling it that is healthy. You might like to preface the phrase or each word with “I am”.
“Conceive, believe, achieve” can be used when focusing your thoughts, will, motivation, actions, and feelings upon the desired outcome of your natural healing process. Believe and visualise all being well. Saying “thank you for small mercies” also helps me to get through the healing processes.
“It’s all okay” are three powerful words that Heather Noel, founder of “the Giving Game’ suggests that you use to reinforce that you have taken the next right step. Her e-course points out that if you pay attention to your intuition and use the right resources (e.g., information and people support) for your issue, you only need to take the next step right in front of you. Heather says that there’s no benefit from worrying over the future or fuming over the past. It’s all okay when you make an informed choice or action in the present moment.
For Self-worth and Self-love
“I love me, I love you, you love me” shows that love is all around, starting with complete self-love and self-care. You can invite love into your life by saying “you love me” and feeling that your loving others is reciprocated.
“Peaceful, empowered, and loved,” tells you that you are peaceful and loved and empowered to live the life you want. You might like to preface the phrase or each word with “I am”.
“Happy, positive, and manifesting” is a state of accepting the love and potential from God/Source and manifesting your desires from that state. You might like to preface the phrase or each word with “I am”.
“Good health, abundance, and happiness are my birthrights” can be used often or even daily as a reminder that you are entitled to these!
“I am a powerful creative force. I trust myself, I have faith in the divine plan” reminds you that you are from the Source. You can rely upon your Soul or higher guidance/intuition/heart to guide your mind as a tool for operating your physical body.
Also, by connecting to and being guided by Source or God as one unity consciousness of divine love, you can feel or sense that the blueprints of co-creating patterns of good health, peace, and love for all, are being implemented.
For general well-being, I often say throughout the day “Peace, Love, and Light”, as this reinforces my true nature and sends out my intentions for peace, love, and light everywhere.
For guidance as you go through your day, you might like to use the first letters of 3 things to remind you about your focus. For example, life coaches may use C.B.A. which stands for clarity, barriers, and action. Coaches help people transform their lives by facilitating clarity about their goals and resources, helping them to identify their barriers or obstacles, and supporting them to take action steps to remove obstacles and move toward their goals.
You might like to use phrases to motivate yourself or to remind yourself about actions, plans, and self-care. If you’re looking for some 3-word phrases to inspire you, for example, ‘Nothing is impossible”, some of them are given on the website below.
You may like to work with the power of three in creative ways, for example, try something out for 3 days, review your plans or healing every 3 days, write in your journal every 3 days, do 3 different things one day, and so forth.
Three is about self-expression and creativity or combining things together for optimal use or performance.
For example, when you go to bed, you can think about 3 things that you want to remember to do the next day. Remember the first letter of three different words for these things, so you can easily remember these words when you get up in the morning.

Saying mantras and affirmations three times reinforces their intent
Deepak Chopra says that a mantra, also known as a vehicle for the mind, is the ancient practice of repeating a word or phrase multiple times.
He provides a sample of them, which he recommends reciting from one to three times.
If you like to use spoken statements, mantras, and affirmations, you can say them out loud (or silently) three times.
Examples follow.
“I am healing fast and well.” Say this three times a day or in lots of three, when you are healing.
“I am happy and healthy today, for which I am grateful, and I invite happiness and health into my life every day.”
This latter is a three-part declaration that you might like to say or write out three times a day or three times a week. If you tend to feel responsible for others and thus guilty about your own comforts and satisfaction, the third part is an important declaration that while you appreciate your blessings, you are entitled to them.
You may have your own favorite mantras or affirmations or may like to find some to use — three times!
You can use the power of focusing on three words or concepts, or repeating something three times, to empower yourself each day. A combination of pattern and brevity results in memorable content, so why not try out the power of three?
