Silence can be incredibly important and shouldn’t be overlooked. My advice is to pay attention to it and explore how to make it part of your daily routine.

For wellbeing

Silence can hold immense value and benefits for our mental and emotional well-being.

Taking time to embrace silence can provide a space for reflection, introspection, and creativity.

It can also reduce stress and anxiety, promoting peace and calmness.
