Untold Stories

The Stories That My Eyes Tell

My Eyes speak volumes

to tell you those tales,

each time you look into them…

those that make your heart frail.

My Untold Stories, waiting to be told.

That look will tell you stories,

all those you looked through,

expressing all the untold feelings…

one’s that weren’t heard by you.

My Untold Stories, waiting to be told.

Those stories are voluminous,

about tears of sadness and joy,

Unmouthed as they stand still…

pent up and waiting to flow out.

My Untold Stories, waiting to be told.

My Eyes will tell them all…

teary, dreamy, sad or happy,

tales that are true and are for you,

only when you look into my eyes.

My Untold Stories, waiting to be told.

My Untold Stories,

will then be told time after time,

only by my eyes that will talk

when you look through mine.

How I wish my little pug Leo could speak. His eyes do the talking though and they are so full of the unsaid. Teary and joyful–mixed emotions too, that melt one's heart with just a look into them, understanding the unsaid.
