Unoriginal Thinking Is the Invisible Push to A Painful Death
Your life is the best teacher, and everyone’s teacher is different. Original thinking is the thinking your life teaches you.

I obsess with original thinking. Nobody says anything.
People tell me nothing because I don’t have anyone to criticise me.
Unoriginal thinking takes time. Nobody even knows I’m trying to think differently.
With the amount of information and knowledge I gathered, I can write 24 full-length books on different topics with ease. I don’t do that.
The world doesn’t need another Ryan Holiday with different colored teeth or a Tim Ferriss with hair. They need something better or something simpler aka something original that matters.
Most things I think are the same with a different perspective based on my life, which makes it original. Everyone’s life teacher is different. Original thinking is the thinking your life teaches you.
Original thinking is the real thinking.
Original thinking is the thought you had. Original thinking is the real you.
Your thinking and perspective will always change, period. Your thinking changes because you either see something from a new perspective or you gain a clear idea of an already known perspective.
Your original thinking is the real version of you. This original thinking might not be helpful right at the moment, but it helps you in the future somehow and you won’t even know why and how.
The best part: Later you realize you are all that matters.
Most people are living other’s life, anyway.
Your thoughts become your beliefs. Your beliefs become your values. Your values become your destiny.
Most people are living over other’s beliefs: Unless you get “good” grades, get a “safe” job, you’ll starve to “death” is the old thinking people forced upon you from childhood.
The problem: You can’t help now. You understand everything but feel it is too late to change now.
We can turn that around now, though. Questioning something you were already stated is the best way to think original, I figured. Ask yourself this: Am I happy with the current me?
A question to the already-stated thinking is the first step. Question the stated to figure out the unstated.
Your belief is the seed that grows with time.
I obsess over gathering every knowledge, every experience, every perspective, every angle to see a situation from, every possibility, I can.
Even when I know someone is at the extreme level of pissed off with me by my bothering, I’ll still ask, “Why do you think this?” or “What is the problem with that?”
I just crave the hidden information that could completely change my perspective.
I learned this: The moment I act the fool is the moment I learn the most.
The more you ask, the more you learn. The more you try, the more you learn. The more you observe, the more you learn. The more you learn, the more you learn.
Collection of perspectives becomes your belief. Your belief is the seed that grows with time, which then helps you get out of the rat race somehow and you won’t even know why.
Every massive change in my life came with tiny original thinking. Choose tiny original thinking. It compounds, soon.
The best way to gain a different perspective.
People’s life stories are the secret coke. Life stories don’t have a pattern. Exposure to every life story gives you a different perspective you never thought there was.
Humans never face the exact situation like someone else, but the feelings they feel in their lifetime are the same.
Feelings make us relatable, but our situations are always different. Someone’s feeling about a situation is a perspective. Every different perspective helps you make sense of your life a little better.
If I need a different perspective of something, I hear people’s problems through their stories on YouTube or Medium. When I need to know more about Hope, I go to YouTube and search:
- What is hope?
- Goalcast Hope (Goalcast is stories curator)
- Hope stories
Or on Medium:
- Hope
- Hope Tim Denning
The more perspective you understand, the more and the better you can make sense of your life.
The best way to store your thinking is by writing.
Collecting people’s thoughts and sharing them as my own was my full-time job. I felt impure.
Now I write my own thoughts. I spend the most time thinking rather than stating the obvious. I also don’t write everything I can from everyone (curation). Others can do that. So I take the time to publish.
If I think something will be helpful to my readers, I state it by giving the original thinker the credit plus including why I think this person is right. This usually comes from my personal story.
The best way I learned to store original thinking is by writing it down. One line works the best:
“Hope is the belief this isn’t the first time life is wrong.”
Pro tip: Use that one line as a headline for a story. Deep diving gets easier somehow, which then helps you understand the concept better.
Sometimes you might need context:
“I failed with programming which got me into marketing. Marketing showed me I’m born to write. Now you’re reading my work. Failure is energy transfer.”
Here’s the best side of adding the context: Every time you remember something, it becomes a trigger. Nostalgia with a lesson trigger is a superpower, especially when you are having bad nostalgia.
Original thinking is how you become a unique you.
Trying to directly copy someone is to not be you.
You are stating the same thing others are and you are living the same life others are and you are being the same person others are. That’s not a life worth living. Original thinking is your best friend.
There’s more: You get to show someone a new perspective they were missing in their life which could permanently change the trajectory of their life with your original thinking.
A different perspective can act as everything for you… or someone else.
Our worldview is more unique than our fingerprint.
Every human being is alive in the world so they can share their perspective of life through any medium (content creation is booming for this reason). This perspective helps someone get over something or when collectively mixed together form some profound perspective that changes everything for the better for everyone.
Life is interesting because life is a puzzle.
Life is an experiment to figure out that there’s nothing to figure out.
You never have one solid answer to what is life. “There is no answer. The real answer is ‘because’,” says Naval Ravikant.
Your life is different than everyone's. One answer is never the same for everyone and that makes our life interesting and less robotic.
Original thinking is the way you prove your life is different.
Life won’t always work for you though.
I hate to study the normal way. I am 17. But I am doing it. My parents are my back now. I am 17 for only four more months though which sucks.
This period gives me time to think. Use the less risky periods of your life to understand life better with your original thinking. Less risky periods of your lives are your superpower. If nothing, ten minutes per day on your vacation you finally got after two years of continuous hard work, will have no harm when you use it to think.
Original thinking can become a business or bring solutions to humanity’s greatest problems.
Nobody can beat MrBeast because he comes up with original thinking faster than anyone else can.
Nobody can beat Tim Denning because he comes up with original thinking faster than anyone else can.
Nobody can beat Elon Musk because he comes up with original thinking faster than anyone else can.
The secret isn’t fast though. The secret is start. They start fast.
Tim Ferriss came up with 4-hour-workweek because of original thinking and acting upon it.
The God of currency, the unknown Satoshi Nakamoto came up with something big. I don’t know much about Bitcoin but it still feels something big.
According to my research, I learned this: Bitcoin is an energy store of your time protected by code nobody can hack which requires energy to run.
Original thinking brings solutions to problems we don’t even think we have.
Orginal thinking should be practical.
We all are Tim Ferriss. We all thought about 2-hour-workweek. Someone might have thought about 0.5-hour-workweek too. Tim acted and understood, then shared.
Satoshi is all of us. He just acted. It worked. Now it’s original and real.
You don’t always have to be practical though.
Original thinking feels unique and special.
People are attracted to a new perspective of life. A bubble of the same thinking sucks.
This is why the YouTube algorithm is the most complained about. You’re bogged down by the same things daily which you can explain way better to someone in 12 seconds of time already.
Orginal thinking always changes. That’s the fun part.
I used to think hope is a premature baby with a loving mother. Then I realized hope is a premature god with a mother who didn’t die.
The beauty of original thinking is it always feels original. Every time you come up with a different version of that thinking, it feels original because it is.
It’s fun to be original because it’s fun to be wrong to understand something better.
The real goal with thinking original isn’t to act smart though. Original thinking gives you peace of mind because you believe in that thought. That’s the goal.
Original thinking requires you to experience or observe or understand life. AKA get out.
Original thinking comes from collecting knowledge from human struggles.
Human struggles are a story. Stories are the best way to experience, observe, and understand life.
With stories you feel the words…that’s experience. The body language (in speech) or the way something is stated (in writing) is the observing. Mixing both helps you understand life.
The stories can’t be of someone else’s only, however. Your story is more crucial. After understanding someone’s story, question that. Try to make sense with it in your life. Then try to state it in a different way than others.
Original thinking is the unique you. People fall for your worldview anyway.
You can always have a problem so you can always have a different way to look at life. That’s your original thinking.
The world doesn’t need another Tim Ferriss with three S or one R. The world is craving for you.
Unoriginal thinking will force you to your death bed faster. Original thinking is peace of mind for you, a different way to think for others.
Original thinking when wrapped up with a purpose can be your superpower.
I’m not smart. Life makes me smart sometimes. I share the lessons with a personal story in less than 100 words for You.
I don’t know when you’ll need me the most so I’ll post whenever I can best. Yes, I collect your email address because I want You.
