I am you said I to the universe we are one

the universe said yes

I went into the universe I died into the universe and becoming the universe I am reborn

the energy does not die only transmuted darkness into light sickness into health suffering into love pain into joy alchemy of the soul

this is the truth within us this is the answer inside us

the veil lifts the eyes open breathe out and die breathe in and be reborn hiding in plain sight the truth

one second of our life is the eternity of the universe the rise and fall of our breath of consciousness of the cosmos
