Unicorns in the Universe

A poem I urge you to realize about yourself.

You are a unicorn. A powerful animal with a fierce and noble nature. Though, words can’t capture all that you are.

You can stand tall and wise. You can gallop through life with intention and poise. You can spread your wings and fly at any moment like the free spirit you are.

Adaptable and versatile, there is no beginning, and there is no end to the power you hold over reality.

Immerse in its vastness. Embrace it. Nurture it. And become amazed by how far it can take you.

Let the world become the amphitheater for your very own fairytale.

Scratch every itch. Indulge every compulsion. Follow your natural inclinations, and you will not be disappointed.

What you call God will lift you up.

Because you are an infinite being. Residing in an infinite Universe. Possessing infinite potential.

You have the same energy that hung the stars in the sky and created worlds blazing inside you.

Resonate with just a drip of this splendor and you’ll suddenly be propelled by the thunder of a lion’s roar reverberating from the center of your being.

Blend all your gifts and interests… Combine them with every seeming contradiction and disparity. Put them into one fluid expression that’s so astounding it resurrects you back to your birthplace in nature.

Merge the mechanical and abstruse with benevolence and unity.

Merge the provider and caretaker with romance and intimacy.

Merge brilliance and vision with humility and friendship.

Make room for both passion and ease. Hold space for the wildness of your animal self. Welcome vulnerability and the mindfulness of your human self.

Call on the divinity of your spirit to guide you back home when your mind has gone astray.

Allow your body the grace to bleed, scar, and heal itself back to wholeness.

Blend all three expressions: mind, body, and spirit as one. And recognize this sacred union as your highest expression of the cosmos manifesting through you.

Be the infinite unicorn that you were designed to be.
