Summary

Unicorn Therapy is presented as a unique form of healing and self-improvement that involves connecting with one's unicorn guide, akin to a guardian angel, through practices like visualization and meditation.

Abstract

The concept of Unicorn Therapy is explored as a novel approach to holistic healing, where individuals connect with their personal unicorn guides to achieve inner peace and contentment. Claire Schlosser, a certified Unicorn Therapy Practitioner from Vasson Island, advocates for the therapeutic power of unicorns, which she learned from Margaret Merrison, a spiritual writer and teacher. Margaret's book, "What Are Unicorns?", provides guidance on how to safely connect with unicorn energy and recognizes the presence of unicorns in everyday life. The therapy aims to improve mood, promote inner healing, and provide peace of mind. Margaret's own spiritual journey began after a microlite accident, leading her to become a reiki master and author, offering workshops and writing books to assist others in their spiritual growth.

Unicorn Therapies: Crazy Concept or Good idea?

Are they stark raving bonkers? You decide!

The unicorns of myth and legend are peaceful creatures, with magical qualities and the ability to heal. I’ve written about Unicorn Hugs, where a small pony with a fake horn goes to see children in hospices, bringing joy to their lives. But there are other types of unicorn therapy too!

Unicorn Therapy Practitioner

Claire Schlosser from Vasson Island, near Seattle, has an entirely different approach to unicorn therapy. She says, “I am a certified Unicorn Therapy Practitioner with the Angel Bunny Rainbow Unicorn Sanctuary. I love to sing, dance and play with my unicorns. Yes! Unicorns are real!”

Her career as a unicorn therapist began here in the UK, when in 2011 she studied with Margaret Merrison, the author of What Are Unicorns, and Pure Holistic Healing. She was excited to learn new healing techniques from Margaret, and started attending events, such as psychic shows in the US, to promote her full range of therapies, which include angelic healing and reiki.

Claire’s Unicorn therapy involves connecting with your unicorn guide, who is a bit like your guardian angel. The unicorn guide will help you make decisions in life, through visualisation, meditation and focus, leading you on a path to inner peace.

Claire believes that unicorns are peaceful, healing creatures, and the more time you spend working with your unicorn guide, the more peaceful and contented you become. The process of unicorn therapy can promote inner healing, improved mood, and provide peace of mind for the future, she explains. Claire simply helps you to connect, learn techniques, and recognise the signs from your unicorn guide!

A Unicorn Teacher

Claire’s trainer, Margaret Merrison, is a spiritual writer and teacher, whose books are available on Amazon. Her book, What are Unicorns? seeks to answer people’s questions about these mythical beings, including, how do unicorns evolve and how do I know unicorns are here?

She says, “With step-by-step guidance, What Are Unicorns? will help you to raise and purify your vibrations, so you can easily connect with the wonderful, natural energy of the Unicorns in a safe way.”

As you start to read her book, “you will recognise Unicorn signs in everyday life and connect with your own personal Unicorn guide in one of the many visualisation-type meditations. You will learn why Unicorns are here and how they evolve.”

Margaret’s spiritual awakening happened after she was injured an a microlite aircraft accident in 1998. She subsequently trained as a reiki master and teacher, wrote manuals and books, and started offering workshops to help others. Today she keeps a lower profile, but the books are available online. She enjoys growing organic food and generates her own electricity at her home in South West England.
