Unfolding the coRevolution: ePioneers
Since we started back in 2014 with the launch of the 1st coding bootcamps in Latin America a lot has changed at World Tech.
7 years forward, we have three service lines that continue consolidating:
- Our Talent Analytics platform to bridge gaps between talent and opportunity; we launch with +100,000 users in the next few days in partnership with Matriculate; learn more at worldtechmakers.com
- Our Climate Tech solution to mitigate climate risk while enabling people to become activists from the comfort of their home; we launch in partnership with the World Wide Fund (and 3 Colombian celebrities) in a few weeks; learn more at makerkits.io
- Our Fintech Marketplace that brings together a community of digital nomads, remote workers and entrepreneurs; we launch in the middle of the year in partnership with world class organizations at the national and international level. Our website will be up in two weeks: ePioneers.

The creator’s economy. There will be more freelancers than non-freelancers in the USA in a few years. The rise of the “creator’s economy” is not only distributing wealth but enabling new jobs to rise: Instagram influencers, YouTubers, Patreon Creators, and so on…. If companies fail to do re-skilling or up-skilling, there could be a +$8 trillion USD loss of foregone revenues and most jobs in 2030 are set to be completely different from what we have today.
Borderless societies. As a digital nomad living across Latin America, the United States and Europe, my perception on how to live and work has been deeply transformed in each of the +17 cities I have called home. We are just getting started. The benefits of mobile technologies, the democratization of the internet and the growth of digital companies, brought us together as humans. The definition of self — in particular in relation to “nationalities” — is drifting around shared values and visions. My friend Joel Burke is not only formerly part of the leadership team of the eResidency Program in Estonia, but has a very interesting vision on new nation states that live in the internet.
Common Goals. As the world becomes more intertwined, the more we understand our relationships with others and Nature. Countries that have — apparently — no impact in other countries, may as well realize that the problem they caused and grew, affects others more than them, and hence the necessity to articulate potential solutions, together.
ePioneers brings to life a coRevolution that is born in the most biodiverse country in the world by square meter: Colombia. We are deeply conscious about our role to protect and preserve our natural ecosystems while empowering others to connect with our team and our region. We believe co-creation, communication, community, co-existence, co-living, co-working and cooperating are not only necessary — but vital to thrive. I cannot thank Valentina and her team enough for joining us in this adventure as business partners and co-creators — and I cannot wait for the unfolding and coRevolution to fully manifest. Let’s bring our future into our today.
