As I embarked on a journey to unearth the hidden treasures of Cambodia, I never imagined stumbling upon something as valuable as the rare Oud known as Kynam and Kyara. My wife, a good friend of ours, and I, along with a few local Cambodian Bunong people, were all passionate and committed to our mission. After searching through the jungles of Cambodia for signs of Cambodian Oud, for a few years on multiple trips, we finally stumbled upon Kynam/Kyara — the rarest and most-prized form of Oud. Our discovery soon grabbed the attention of international markets and buyers from Thailand, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Japan, China, and UAE, etc., whom are making offers for our rare find as you read this article.
Rumors of Kynam and Kyara’s mystical healing qualities and its high price on the international market has spread widely throughout the local villages upon our miraculous find. I am thankful for my wife’s passion and curiosity that kept us going during this journey. After years of searching, we finally found two pieces of Kynam and Kyara. Of course, we want to ensure that we find the right buyer who is willing to pay a fair price and who shares our vision for the livelihood of the Bunong Tribal people in the process.
In the meantime, we are continuing to maintain the Oud and keep it in good condition. We have a small, dedicated team of staff who oversee its safety. We believe that maintaining the Oud in good condition is crucial to attracting potential buyers and ensuring that they retain their value (2 pieces).
We have had inquiries from discerning buyers around the world who are amazed by the unique aroma and depth of our Kynam and Kyara Ouds. However, we are not solely driven by financial gain.
