I have also experienced it before until I finally found the root cause of this problem.
It’s because we lack the love that needs to be given towards ourselves (towards our loving soul)
Let me give you some examples:
- We all admire the dressing of others, but do we really say that “I love you” when we stand in front of the mirror after wearing the dress we love?
- We do an action because someone around us loves it, but do we ask our soul, “Are you loving it”?
- Work seems stressful because we fail to be kind with ourselves.
So, Negativity arises, when we forget to love ourselves.

Every morning, once you wake up instead of searching for your mobile, close your eyes; feel your soul deep within your heart; and tell 3 things that you truly love about yourself.
It can be as simple as:
- I love you because you always respect people.
- I love you because you write great articles that truly inspire people to live a more positive and happy life.
- I love you because you are so beautiful and charming.
Just feel it, and see yourself truly smiling with great joy.
Try this exercise just for a week, and you will see the remarkable change it will make in your life.
