Monday prompt- Write about a place to go when you need love.

The more I’ve accepted my sensitivities, the more I realize many people class me as an intense person. Sometimes my natural tendency to ask deep questions and intuitively pick up on things going on beneath the surface confronts and angers people.

At times I have felt I have had to temper my depth to be loved by others, and so I don’t alienate myself too much.

I’ve learned to go within when I need love and give it to myself, which has also allowed me to become more courageous and daring on the journey to unhide myself.

The sun is another source of love for me.

Sometimes when I feel in need of love or an external source of warmth I sit outside in the sun’s loving warmth. The sun is a natural mood enhancer and energizer. Whenever I soak up the loving energy from the sun I notice how my spirits are lifted.

I Feel embraced and nourished by nature, I feel loved by just being.

As I write this, I’m soaking up the lovely warmth of the sun. It’s winter here in Australia so it’s even more satisfying to soak up the warmth too.

“Even After All this time The Sun never says to the Earth,

“You owe me.”

Look What happens With a love like that, It lights the whole sky.” ― Hafiz
