What’s hiding under my bed
What’s hiding under my bed? Wouldn’t you like to know…
I like to keep many things under the mattress, shoved to the back, for no one to see. It isn’t magazines, videos, or secret diaries.
The things unseen are thoughts and feelings. I keep them locked in a box instead of displayed for the world to see. These things are much scarier than a ghost, goblin, or even Dracula. Jason and Freddie Krueger have nothing on what’s hidden below.
So, if you want to see what’s inside, first you’ll have to break the walls I stay behind. Every time a brick is broke, another is built in time. My thoughts are concealed and forever mine. They will withstand the test of time.
