‘Un-seen’ Impact by Social Media Addicts — Seen Impact by Psychologists. I Lived Through It!

If you are a parent and have never seen where your red dots are in your community or underestimate JELOUSY — PLEASE DO THIS NOW! (Trauma Prevention).

Don’t you just love how everything comes with the sound of a click & the flash of a second, or whatever it is that gets 1trillion likes on your social media account that instantaneously sends all these feel-good feelings to your brain because ‘so in so’ liked on your photo?

I used to love those feelings when I got a new online friend but what is it exactly that is so bad about social media that I want to talk about?

(Trauma Prevention)

What’s My Purpose?

Have you ever asked yourself that question? What your purpose is in real life?

What about the purpose you have here?

When Mental health skyrocketed in time might make you think twice about getting your child a new smartphone!

Well, it did for me anyway, so I want to share this information I found!

I did not call myself a ‘Traumatic Addict’ for nothing, I used to be addicted to any mind-altering substance that would make me feel different.

Better or worse I did not care I just wanted to take the painful memories away.

It was TV, video games, food, candy, nicotine, alcohol, and weed, & looking back at the choices I made that were the most destructive If being honest I noticed something!

What continued to happen over and over that I was ‘deflecting my true thoughts and feelings and not being honest with the people who were there to help me!

I did not trust anyone to keep the secret I had to tell that was hurting my inner best version of myself.

Well, that was until this time I was introduced to trauma group therapy!

I’ll add a great Ted Talk about Trauma in the link underlined above I would love it if you went and checked out after reading this article!

I bring this TGT stuff up to start this article off EXACTLY where it needs to! The scary truth about not only the people getting their mental health deuterated from social media apps but just how many people I met that trusted those Facebook/Instagram predators.

Do you trust every one of your online friends?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Snapchat, in my opinion, are the worst for the ones that originally already struggle with all those self-traits that are only learned in real life or what the earthy souls today call reality!

The power of social media apps and the power they have on trauma today is insanely not talked about but why did I have over three individuals tell me in a TGT session that they had originally met —

‘Their predator red dot sex offender off a social media app?’

I’m that traumatic addict but also a Heyoka Empath so I felt sympathy for these people who had told me they TRUSTED what someone else looked like in the photos.

Okay, so I met some people who have trusted someone they shouldn’t have, now what is the big deal?

Do you understand what a predator red dot offender even is?

No? Check out this website, type in your location, and I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SHOCKED ON JUST HOW CLOSE A RED DOT COULD BE IN YOUR COMMUNITY.

Tragedies such as physical abuse or sexual abuse mean the victim has complex trauma & will struggle for the rest of their lives!

It is something that YOU NEED to be on HIGH ALERT for as I am a loving empathic single-parenting father right now who spends most of the time educating my son every second of the 50% custody the judge granted me does mean I spend every chance I can WITHOUT my cellphone in one hand.

I have learned that being (on my phone) Just distracts me away from the time I get to spend but even worse I’ve noticed my son was starting to resent his mother because she was always on her phone!

I tried setting a boundary or at least playing what I was seeing could help the situation in my view to her, but she just wasn’t getting it as she told me —

“I only am on my phone and social media apps all the time because it WAS the only thing I had as a CHILD growing up. I did not get the same love and attention YOU got as a child, so I searched for attention and security elsewhere.”

Do not look for a sanctuary in anyone else but yourself — Buddha.

‘My Phone Is All I Got’

I told her what I was visually noticing as we parented our son, and she resented me for telling the truth!

I have been learning as we both have never had children before, but the bond grew stronger between my son and me because I was giving him more attention and more empathy and more love but even worse —

I started to resent my son’s mom for always being on that phone for these 2 reasons —

1. Every morning it was the same ordeal, check our Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat…but it wouldn’t ever be ‘just checking’ she would constantly find a photo to complain about!

2. The emotional war she lost daily because of one simple emotion that not only does my ex have to work on, but so do I, so do you, and so does everyone else!

If you are a type of empath then you most likely can feel others’ feelings and I was tired of feeling her feelings, the fear & jealousy are and always will be something I do not need to be around —

or it will rub off on us!

  • You can state a cell phone most likely was the main cause and always will be the #1 reason I have always ruined close relationships with the ones I love so what is the big deal if you accept the facts like I did?
  • Cellphones create a false assumption of lack of trust, RIGHT?

For example, I got a like on a photo from one of my old classmates who is a girl, and BOOOOOOOM —

“WHY IN THE HECK WOULD SO AND SO RUIN MY DAY BY LIKING YOUR PICTURE BLAH BLAH SCREAM YELL SCREAM.”

  • Jealousy is an emotion characterized by the fear of losing something valuable to someone else, particularly in the context of relationships, possessions, or achievements.
  • It often involves feelings of insecurity, envy, and rivalry. Jealousy can manifest in various ways, such as anxiety, possessiveness, resentment, or competitiveness.
  • While some level of jealousy is a normal human emotion and can be a motivator for self-improvement, excessive or irrational jealousy can have negative consequences for mental health.

Here are a few reasons why it is crucial to manage jealousy for one’s mental well-being:

1. Negative Impact on Relationships: Excessive jealousy can strain relationships and lead to conflicts. It may result in controlling behavior, lack of trust, and constant suspicion, creating an unhealthy dynamic between individuals.

2. Increased Stress and Anxiety: Jealousy often comes with heightened stress and anxiety levels. Constant worry about potential threats or perceived competition can contribute to chronic stress, impacting both mental and physical well-being.

3. Undermines Self-Esteem: Individuals experiencing jealousy may compare themselves unfavorably to others, leading to a decline in self-esteem. This can create a negative self-image and contribute to feelings of inadequacy.

4. Impedes Personal Growth: Jealousy can be a barrier to personal growth and development. Instead of focusing on one’s own goals and achievements, individuals consumed by jealousy may be preoccupied with comparing themselves to others.

5. Deterioration of Mental Health: Persistent and unmanaged jealousy can contribute to the development or exacerbation of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, or obsessive-compulsive tendencies.

6. Social Isolation: Jealousy can drive people away. Constantly expressing jealousy or exhibiting controlling behavior may lead friends, family, or romantic partners to distance themselves, contributing to social isolation.

7. Impact on Physical Health: Chronic jealousy and the stress associated with it can have physical health consequences, such as compromised immune function, cardiovascular issues, and other stress-related ailments.

Individuals need to recognize and address jealousy by cultivating self-awareness, practicing self-compassion, and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Seeking support from friends, family, or mental health professionals can be beneficial in managing and mitigating the negative effects of jealousy on mental health.

Why not try to understand my point of view so you can either have a nice wake-up call back to your real life or at least see the main reasons why these platforms are the most problematic www dots dot com? Right?

Some people understand the importance of balance only because their previous life was spent in chaos.

I used to be chaotic because not only did I get diagnosed as a “Dual Diagnosis Addict” at numerous different times in my life, but one of the BEST coping skills I ever really had was to — ‘Whip out the old cellphone!’

Especially while ‘waiting’ for something else to happen, it is only human to get bored while (SITTING AROUND) so why not keep moving?

Take a walk?

Sometimes in life, we must stop and ask ourselves what truly matters!

What our purpose is in real life IS or could be for you at any given moment is totally up to YOU!

WE ALL have a choice if reading this.

Between every breath is a new chance to re-write your story!

Right now, you might not feel like you can disconnect from all the social media platforms because you are so addicted to false DOPAMINE, or that instant gratification I call it let’s be real, I wrote a separate article on Dopamine in this publication as well — (Reader’s Hope) I'll add the link below if you are interested in learning more about my definition of my version of what DOPAMINE is —

I hope everyone has a safe day today!
