Two Roads
The sweet cry of heart when it has to make a choice.

From where I stand, I see two roads, One seems hard, the other one coarse, Confounded in my own thoughts, I hope that I don’t get lost.
We try to take a sneak-peek, Lurking into the future unseen, ‘Will this path lead to misery, or Will I at last succeed’?
My vision obscured by the lofty mountains, Dense forests, and foggy nights, I reckon, whichever road I take, I pray that I make a prudent choice.
But don’t you all secretly wish, The path you take is full of bliss, Free from life’s twisted lies, Finally a relief from endless cries !
We fancy the roads with blooming flowers, With rainbows and rain painting it red, With silver clouds, shading our way, & no stones, no puddles, no jumps ahead.
Finally the grimming moment arrives, For taking the daunting first step, With courage & valor in our walk, We take the path, however daunting it appears.
Every road has its ups & downs, Some might have more & some might less, ‘The strength and purpose must not die’, Only this matters in the end.
