TWITTLE POETRY
Twittle About
A twittle poetry response to Carolyn Hastings

Twittle about twittle about Replacing a fiddle with a twittle Keith Moon drummer of the Who plays the part of uncle Ernie.
The sinister uncle Earnie was played by the who’s drummer Keith Moon in the rock opera movie “Tommy”. Tommy the “deaf dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball” was abused by his uncle Ernie who “fiddled about.”
Tommy was played by Roger Daltrey, who also suffered bullying as a teenager because of his height, suffering “terrible loneliness.”
“I think back to my teenage years, that is my Tommy period. I felt as though I wasn’t heard, I felt I wasn’t seen, I felt completely isolated. I had no voice. So it’s just a metaphor — deaf, dumb, and blind was a metaphor for that.” — Roger Daltrey.
Tommy is a great movie, Written and directed by Ken Russell based on The Who’s album “Tommy” staring the band themselves with Ann-Margret, Oliver Reed, Eric Clapton, Tina Turner, Elton John and Jack Nicholson.
