Twenty first birthday

Journey into adulthood.

Baby to toddler

and from childhood to teenage,

to be cherished forever.

The 21st birthday is indeed a milestone birthday for it marks the major transition in life. An entry into the adult world, welcoming you to get set to shoulder responsibilities and act big. Don’t forget you are legal now.

As I wrote a birthday message to my son- who has turned 21 today, this Tanka came to mind. Hope it’s says it all.
