Turn to the River and Learn From Mother Nature
“A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.” — James N. Watkins.
Rivers are selfless.
They carry water from one source to another, not keeping anything for themselves.
They feed so much surrounding them in the fauna and flora; they are the lifeblood of many ecosystems.
After nourishing so much, they flow into the ocean — giving of themselves in their entirety.
In doing so, they teach us how to give and the plentiful bounty that reins when we do.
Persist like a river.
Travel with the current, rather than fighting against it.
Know a bolder may fall in the way and redirect your path; however, if you feel the flow — it will carry you onto your next adventure.
It will lead you to the open ocean and a world of possibilities.
