Turbulence of Hearts
A Poem
The cries of the earth creatures triggered by the anguishing fear clinging on to their lives with utmost trepidation Supplicating the hopeful whispers,
O powerful ball of ice crystals! stop acting so shadowy leave the sun’s path we cannot see our way this stormy attitude of yours with each passing second Wavering our emotions,
With puffed-up sleeves and gelid emotions not willing to back-down paying no attention to the desperate cries bellowing clouds surging, roaring, towering excited with the delight of the swirling motion oblivion of what’s going on beneath weightless yet discernible earsplitting thunder all around agonizing darkness hovering covering the entire sky reluctant to surrender to the light Blocking its pathway
Standing by the window in a quiet corner of a small room murky with the smoke of wood-burning the squalling winds hitting the roof repeatedly brought back the flashbacks of the grisly account of the misfortune making her realize the outer disorder is less complex than The turbulence of the hearts.
