It’s also probably connected with <i>The Shift</i> and ascension into higher dimensions. It’s very normal to feel confused, tired, and uncomfortable. It’s not the energy itself that’s making you feel this way; instead, it’s the newness and lack of knowledge surrounding it if you’re unaware of what’s happening.</p><p id="203a">More than ever, it’s important to tune into yourself. Ask yourself how you’re feeling every day, and if you can’t identify what you’re feeling or why you’re feeling that way, don’t panic. It’s okay and “normal” to feel that way. When you are able to figure out how you’re feeling, and you know it’s not particularly good, it’s time to pamper yourself and make sure you’re getting what you need in order to deal with what could feel a little chaotic.</p><p id="f04c">Do you need more quiet time? Do you need to put some distance between yourself and someone or something? Do you need to get out with friends more or reach out to them to give or get comfort? Do you need to treat yourself to that thing you’ve wanted for a long time but haven’t gotten yet? Maybe now’s the time to indulge.</p><p id="067c">With everything going on and coming up, it’s important to tune in regularly, identify and acknowledge your feelings, and most importantly, make sure you’re taking care of yourself and your needs. We take care of lots of things and other people, but we have to take care of ourselves, too, and that doesn’t always happen, despite how important it is to our overall wellbeing.</p><p id="a44b">The more aware of yourself that you are, the more you can control and choose your emotions. If you’re feeling afraid or angry, get in the habit of identifying and acknowledging it, and decide if that’s the emotion you want to feel. I don’t know anyone who wants to feel angry or afraid. So, choose another emotion to replace it. Before you can change your emotion, you have to identify it.</p><h2 id="a0ce">Our Perspectives are Changing</h2><p id="02f6">Have you started looking at things a little differently yet? Are you finding it easier to relate to and understand others? Are you thinking about a situation before reacting to it? Are you feeling more compassion for others and finding it easier to forgive? If you haven’t yet, you likely will sooner rather than later. Everyone is working on their own life plan and within their own timeline, and we all have help and guidance to achieve what we came to do. We all came here at this time to assist during <i>The Shift</i> and to help change the world.</p><p id="9ebb">If you haven’t begun to feel differently yet, no worries. You don’t have to do anything. We are all absorbing helpful and healing energies all the time. Some of us realize and use these energies before others, and that’s okay. This isn’t a race and the more people who become aware that there’s more to learn and receive, the more people around them are affected in a positive way. Simply being

It’s all part of a well-made, divine plan, and we’re getting lots of help to make it happen.</p><p id="07eb">The energies being sent to us are strong and helpful, but we have to make room for them. You do that by letting go of the energy and emotions that do not serve you well. As I’ve explained in other articles before, you’ve got to get rid of your baggage. You do that by processing it out as discussed above. Identify it, acknowledge it, feel it, dismiss it, and replace it with something better. You can’t move forward without doing that. Once you do, you’ll begin to think and feel differently, your vibration will rise, and you can tap into your power. The energy around you will help you do that, but you have to make the choice to have an open heart and mind and pursue personal growth and change.</p><p id="ad15">Clear your chakras often. Whenever you’re around others, it’s easy to absorb some of their energy, and it may not serve you well. Set the intention of releasing any energies and emotions that are not yours or that are not helpful, then clear those chakras! The more often you’re around others, the more often you should do this. Also, if you’re feeling tired, run-down, or just off, clearing chakras can be helpful.</p><p id="32b0">And don’t forget, you can always ask the Archangels for help. They always hear you, and they will always help in whatever way serves you best. Remember to be kind to yourself. I know we’re all busy, some more than others, but if you can set aside just ten to twenty minutes a day to check in with yourself, listen to the quiet or soothing music, sit outside, go for a walk, meditate or pray, etc. you’ll find more peace of mind, hope, and strength to get through stressful times. Whatever works for you! Do this daily, and you’ll feel more at ease and able to face the world. How Are You Feeling?

There is a whole lot going on right now and so much more to happen; lots of changes in the world, and a massive amount of energy coming our way to help us make sense of everything. We should always stay in touch with ourselves, check-in and evaluate how we’re feeling and whether or not we need to make any changes, and it’s more crucial now than ever before.

A couple of months ago, I began feeling pretty anxious, and I couldn’t figure out why. After talking to my guides, I realized it was a combination of a ton of energy I was processing, along with becoming more sensitive to others’ energies. In essence, although I didn’t have a lot of anxiety about the future, I was feeling the collective energy of others more keenly, which at the time included a lot of fear and anxiety. Keep this in mind if you find yourself feeling emotions you can’t make sense of; the more you grow spiritually, the more sensitive to energy you will likely become.

I’ve gotten in the habit of checking in with myself daily. When I wake up in the morning, I count blessings, assess how I’m feeling, sometimes clear chakras, and check-in with my guides. With everything going on, I started to struggle with identifying my feelings, and that felt weird. I’m pretty in tune with myself most of the time, so when I couldn’t figure out what I was feeling or why it didn’t sit well.

I’m very blessed to have the ability to reach out with questions and actually hear the answers from my guides, usually the Archangels. Although nearly everyone has this ability, few have figured out how to tap into it. That’s why I write these articles, in hopes of sharing their wisdom until you can tap into it yourselves. So, I expressed to my guides that I felt a little off, but I couldn’t pin down what I was feeling or why, and I asked for their guidance.

The Archangels, Ascended Masters, Mother Mary, and others continue to send us energies of Light and Love to help us embrace and understand the current and coming changes. This is helpful on many levels, but it can also cause some confusion. Many of us sense energetic changes, whether we realize it or not. If you don’t know what you’re feeling or why you’re feeling it, that’s when the confusion and even discomfort comes in.

The more I channel, the more sensitive I get to energy, not only the energy sent to Earth but to the people around me, both individually and as a collective. So, although I know what’s going on in the world and am not afraid of the changes that are coming, I feel others’ fear and confusion. Since this is pretty new to me, it’s often hard to recognize, and it takes a while to adjust. I’m still working on that.
