Stress, Hypertension, and Depression are nowadays increasing at a very rapid pace with the growing competition in all age groups.
If you are a student you have tension for a better career if you are an employee or an employer your work life has made it difficult for you to even breathe peacefully and this has resulted in the majority of people suffering from hypertension.

Depression is not something that comes instantly, but its like cancer which comes and slowly penetrates in a human body, starting from irritation and mood swings to worst-case which leads to suicide.

Are you spending time with your Loved Ones?
Currently, we are evolving. Technology, developments, lifestyles all are changing and the standard of living is increasing. Items which looked like luxury in recent past are now a necessity, which has also increased pressure to earn more and what we have sacrificed in all this is “LOVED ONES”
Work-life balance has gone for a toss in recent years, which we cannot go and change but what we can do is stay connected with all our friends, family members and all people who bring positivity in our lives, some movements we should cherish with them and this will be one of the biggest stress buster.
When did you cook last for a Family or Friends?

The joy we get spending time with Friends and Family, I can bet no luxury car or best champagne can give, so call your friends for dinner/ brunch collectively cook some great meals sit at a long table, and trust me you’ll have a great day.

Have you tried Gardening?

Not everyone is a great chef we must admit that but gardening is something, everyone should try their hands-on, it helps to release your dopamine which helps to reduce stress and also helps to reduce carbon footprint.
