Either You Are for Democracy, or You’re Not
Trump is on trial again.
I’m afraid I have to disagree with Trump on everything, but he was half-right about this; If you don’t fight for your country, Trump will destroy it.
A great country necessitates significant sacrifice.
I beg you not to be sluggish; we must be engaged, invested, and attentive to these hearings. Transparency is what a democratic government is. These hearings are going to be broadcast on all news channels.
Entertainment cable networks will not be covering the hearings because it would hurt their revenue if they suddenly started telling the truth. The 1/6 Committee has published their findings open record; you’ll find the link below;
The US Government under President Joe Biden has prepared a handbook to go with the January 6 Hearings.
That’s what a transparent government does. Are they perfect? Nope! At least they are real.
But Joe Biden’s press secretary isn’t hiding in the bushes; no one is eating paper and stealing the secrets of the Nation and doing God knows what them!
We’ve admired Ukrainians for their love, loyalty, and commitment to their country. The #1 reason they have the kind of deep love for their homeland — is because they respect each other as whole human beings.
When the shit hit the fan — whatever problems they had, they came together and stood against the worst bully in the universe. Pretty impressive, if you ask me.
Americans don’t have that.
The January 6 Committee is a fight for democracy; I’m not going to pussyfoot about it. Gov. Ron DeSatan is planning another coup. Republicans are willing to tear this country completely apart for lies.
All the chaos about abortions, guns, and Minnie Mouse’s shoes is simply a distraction to prevent you from focusing on the facts.
People have asked me, how do I know what to believe? Truth is arbitrary, they say.
I call horseshit on that! 97% of this country knows right from wrong. Unless there is something medically wrong in the wiring of your brain — there is no excuse for not seeking facts.
There is no “spectrum” to this truth. If you believe otherwise, in the issue of Trump, after all, he’s done; 30,000 lies, stealing, plotting to damage this country further because he LOST! He disrespected every single American, and his supporters continue to support his twisted, sick, and utterly false narrative. I can’t possibly change your mind. I won’t even try.
Trump and his cult are seditious traitors; they would rather destroy our country than work legitimately. It’s manipulation at its lowest form. They work harder to steal elections and promote the Big Lie instead of doing the job we pay them to do.
To those who want to know the truth, I beg you not to look at social media to find the truth. Look to highly respected (not notorious) people whom people respect.
I read The Guardian, Dan Rather, and Mother Jones, to name a few. Read several voices but then check your gut. You know what is real and what is a lie. Always investigate and ask questions. I don’t trust most of News Break, NPR, or anything from Fox or Rupert Murdoch.
Let’s stand together and save democracy — then we can bicker about left and right legitimate parameters later.
As you watch these hearings, please ask yourself a few questions.
- How much has our country spent defending our democracy against the “Big Lie”?
- Why isn’t Fox News going to cover the hearings?
- The Trump supporters who are currently trying to steal another election and continue to push the Big Lie, what are they doing for the people they represent? What kind of governing do these people know how to do?
