Trump banned from Twitter threat or blessing for our future?

In a world lulled by capitalism where private companies have greater economic contributions than entire countries, it is common to see companies freeing themselves from certain laws and confronting countries. Nevertheless, the banning of trump from the social network Twitter, pushes this confrontation a step further.
Our world is gangrenous with information, it has become a real weapon, whoever holds the information holds the power, as we have already seen with the mass surveillance put in place by the NSA and decried by whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden.
The spread of fake news must be absolutely curbed to prevent disasters such as the one in the capitol.
In this context the rules set up by twitter must be the same for everyone, so it may seem norma that if Trump is deemed to be a fake news peddler, be banned from the network in order to protect the real information.
However, this can lead to abuse, as I said earlier, information is precious, and to muzzle a president by banning him from one of his privileged means of communication is to deny him the opportunity to express himself, it is an attack on his freedom of expression, and therefore on the freedom of expression of the U.S. government, a world power.
What twitter is doing here is taking over the government, when it is a private company, which serves primarily financial goals and not moral objectives.
We can then imagine a world where some governments would take advantage of the fact that private companies may be unscrupulous, to bribe them in order to silence political opponents, or whistleblowers, which would paradoxically lead to an increase in fake news.
In fact, if trump was originally banned from twitter to curb fake news, some of the flaws of this decision could turn out to be much worse than the original fake news.
We can now ask ourselves if we are not moving, with such decisions, towards the establishment of a new world order, with huge multinationals, richer than entire countries, such as Walmart, whose turnover is higher than the GDP of Belgium, yet a developed country of the old continent, which in addition to holding the financial power, would hold the power of information, in view of the number of people who get their information only on Facebook or twitter. This phenomenon is already emerging, with for example the takeover of the Washington Post by Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon and the richest man in the world. So one would think that above the heads of state would be the great leaders of the GAFAM, setting themselves up as 2.0 dictators.
We can therefore be concerned about the current situation, where private companies serving individual interests are taking precedence over governments, acting for the good of their citizens. Thus, I believe that the use clauses must be clarified and improved in order to best control the new era that is approaching, in order to promote the veracity of information in the face of money. we can also ask ourselves if the main purpose of journalism today is to promote information or to generate clicks, and therefore money.
