Trista, You Deserve a Thank You Too

We all needed this shift in paradigm that came through you

I hate how people are spending their lives cribbing about things. Why can’t they understand that people are losing their loved ones each day and they don't even get to say a final goodbye to them?

Sons and daughters are seeing their parents pass away in front of their eyes, and that too in front of hospitals. But there are some people, who instead of being thankful for life, have been complaining about things like not being able to take a vacation.

Times are so grim, especially in India where people are not sure if they will wake up to see a new tomorrow.

And in such times, Trista has brought a publication that helps remind ourselves to thank everyone and everything around us that has been taken for granted.

I met Trista through one of her comments on my story, and we instantly hit it off. She is extremely loving as a soul and her publication is no different than her. Thank you notes is her positive offering to the Medium world, a space where we notice only the good things happening in our lives.

She makes us thank for gifts that have been bestowed upon us but we missed saying thank you as we were too busy complaining about trivial issues.

So, Trista Signe Ainsworth, thank you on behalf of everyone for giving us this space. Ever since I became a writer with your publication, I have only been thinking of all the possible thank you’s I have wanted to say to people and my environment.

Usually, my story ideas come from the past, for which I don’t feel that thankful, but the theme of your publication has given me a new perspective towards viewing everything that has happened in my life.

I can now happily say, I have a lot of thank you’s to give. Thanking Lord Ganesha was just the beginning. I have to thank so many people but before doing that, thanking you, was extremely important.
