Trans-Gender
Trans, Gays, and Lesbians will Benefit the world!
Understanding the benefits of why the LGBTQIA+ Community is good for the world population.
In a world where we are fighting constantly and hundreds of thousands of new babies are born every single day, it has come to me that being gay or Trans is just simply not okay in the world. The population is growing at a rate that is becoming out of control, and only getting worse with an estimated 10.4 billion citizens in the world by the year 2080, you would think Being gay or trans would be encouraged.
Population Growth
That means that in the next 56 years, the population will have climbed from 7 billion people on the planet to over 10 billion, a gain of 3.4 billion new citizens in the world. That comes out to roughly 60.7 million births every single year, or 170.5 thousand new births a day on average over the course of only 56 years. The world's ability to handle this extreme population growth is only getting harder, and even scientists are concerned with the way we might be outpacing our own natural food supply. The growth is only getting larger and by the time that we hit 2100 hundreds, we could be exceeding that threshold even further. at an estimated 11.4 billion.
Think about that for a second, in the span of one single generation of roughly 80 years we will jump 4.4 billion people. That is going to outpace everything we know and understand, and it's only going to get harder for our generations down the line to sustain life on this planet as time progresses. I am not even going to get into the global concerns of the effects it is having on the environment.
Reproduction Limiters
There will always be a huge portion of the population that will always have the ability to reproduce, male and female couples will always be a thing no matter what happens. However, I want to go into understanding why Lesbians, Gays, Asexuals, Transgenders’ and any others who can’t reproduce is going to be extremely important as we progress further into the 22nd century.
Those of us who don’t have the ability to reproduce because of becoming sterile or not wanting children, or having sexual relations with some of the same sex with no plans of having children biologically could in fact be the saving grace the world might need. You might wonder how this would really benefit anyone. The fact is that not having more children in the world being born every second and adding to the total growth of the world's population can be a good thing, reducing the future numbers further down even if only by a small amount.
For those of us who are unable to have more children because of hormones or relationships that don’t involve reproduction is helpful in the long run of things. Perhaps the best-case scenario is that the world's growth rate would slow down, but honestly, I don’t see that truly happening. There will always be continuous population growth as more kids are born every day from those who want children, or have quoted “Straight” couple interactions. Yes, there are other means of having children without straight couple interactions but as a general base, that is the most common form.
Benefits
With the growing population, having more people in the LGBTQIA+ community like Transgender, Gay, Lesbian, etc. can only benefit the world in the long run. The reduction in number of births each year is just one of the benefits. Having the ability to foster children, having gay/lesbian and transgender couples taking care of children because they are unable to have their own. This is a great benefit to helping keep children out of foster care and improve the number of people who actually can take care of children who have been removed from homes or abandoned. Giving stable homes to kids who would otherwise grow up in foster care without parents to help guide them into a better life.
In addition, the ability to have a more diverse and beautiful culture across the world helps improve respect for everyone no matter what they look like or how they act. Enriching the world in ways that have all been pushed away in so many places like Russia and now heavily in The United States of America. I honestly could only imagine the strides we could make as a world if diversity and gender were not discriminated against.
Conclusion
I am sure that there are likely hundreds of other reasons why having more people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community would benefit the world, and frankly, I don’t have all the answers. I do know that removing and suppressing the community is not the answer, and it benefits no one because it will always be here even if you try to hide it or sweep it under a rug. The thing is, we are human, we are not animals, and in order for us to take leaps and strides forward we have to accept everyone equally. In short, the population is a growing factor, and there will be more kids in the foster system, more kids born every day and it has to slow down eventually, and the people in the LGBTQIA+ community help slow down that ever-climbing population growth.
