Toxic Cleansing

Washing away any trace of toxic energies

The field at its most beautiful Cherry blossom, fruit bountiful The cool undisruptive breeze Diffusing the atmospheres’ freshness

The stillness of the stream Expresses peace in natures’

Sunrays and the day haze Reflection of rainbow view A romantic ambiance gives it

Welcome with a pause The gentle fall-in-drop of the sky On the skin, it drops a rosy goosebump

Mahogany standing at ease Ever willing to raincoat her guest

Lavender drops an air-kiss of driblet. Hummingbird in love With the pinky nail

A walk of freshness Gift pack of wellness Replenishing in thankfulness Natures’ walk brought cleansing In my palm have my wellbeing

What do we do with external forces or negative energy that comes inside of us? As humans, we respond and manage situations differently. So while trying to erase negative energy, some could engage in music, deep breath, massage, still eyes or mind meditation, home cleanse, or hiking.

Knowing your joyous spot is essential to removing toxic energies.

That being said, some questions need to be on the drawing board to erase unpleasant energy.

Take Responsibility …? — Allowing or disengaging in that unhealthy atmosphere depends on me. Do we allow those thoughts to bring us down or deal with it to be free? We should be responsible for actions we concede that affect us.

Write Down the Triggers …?— I acknowledge things that I quickly react offensively to. Then, I try to identify what are those blockages. Then, rate how I perceive or respond to them.

Clear the Space …? — I fill up my space with people with the right attitude I want to dwell in. Surrounding myself with good influences brings hope, happiness and erases the toxic atmosphere.

Mindful of Thought …? — What we constantly exercise our thoughts on attracts energies of the same sort. We are our thoughts. Do we engage our thoughts often on positive or negative vibes?

Most of our sensory data emanate from our vision. Putting up with the right things inspires us. Our eyes and ears should not be trash cans that retain cabbages. What we watch, listen to, or thoughts we choose to dwell on are either negatively or positively affecting us. If I allow in the trash, I get the trash. We are what we eat. Our eyes and ears remain the gateways to our inner minds.
