Touching the Invisible
“I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free” - Nikos Kazantzakis
Sitting in a coffee shop Reading a book Reading between the words Finding a portal to my inner space
Stopping for moments to look from the window Gorgeous trees strongly rooted, indestructible Little branches bending to the wind Cars passing by on the street And a lot of space in between Vastness on Earth, Vastness in the Sky Vastness outside, Vastness inside What my two eyes are capturing Seem too little in this ampleness The Invisible is touching my soul My soul is touching the Invisible
My heart feels suddenly light My body feels like floating It is so spacious in here An unmeasurable emptiness A smile comes to my face And I wonder why I was so heavy
At this exact moment I am hoping for nothing - I don’t need to I am fearing nothing - There is nothing to fear I am free - My chains never really existed
Thank you to the spiritual souls who turned their experiences into words and transformed my life with their writings. Thank you Nikos Kazantzakis and Eckhart Tolle.
Thank you all for reading! Hala
