Ranking Based on Medium Followers
Figure 1 shows the ranking based on the current Medium follower count.
Ranking Based on Social Media Followers
Figure 2 shows the ranking based on the sum of the social media follower count, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
As you can see, LinkedIn is currently the most important social media platform for publications.
Overall Ranking
Figure 3 finally shows the overall ranking when Medium and social media followers are combined. While Towards Data Science still dominates the first place, Towards AI moves to second place because of its social media presence.
