The 101 Best Habits to Track
According to the Coach.me database, the below are the most popular habits that people are tracking. The list based on what people were actually tracking versus merely signing up track.
Surprisingly, this list changes quite a bit year to year. For example, Floss has now fallen from the top spot all the way down to the eighth spot.
Rising on the other hand are people trying to break various forms of internet addictions, with a full 11 different approaches ranging from avoiding Facebook and Porn to controlling when you allow yourself to use the internet.
Also notable, all named diets have fallen off the list except Slow Carb and Intermittent Fasting.
