My biggest takeaway from his Comeback Challenge

I love Tony Robbins and have followed him for years. He is so motivational and has shared with us for the last 42 years how to rise above.
In June, he hosted a 7 Day Comeback Challenge which was free on FB. As I listened each day to Tony and his wisdom, what really sparked my attention was a guest he had on Day 6 with the focus on health and wellness.
Anthony William, The Medical Medium, shared briefly with us something that he has used on himself and others since he was a teen in the mid-1970s.
That brief segment was my biggest takeaway…
…and actually, it was a big sign for me — one to not ignore.
Have you ever thought about trying something but then didn’t? Then you hear about it maybe two or three times more? Many will say it’s a sign from the Universe — and something to be listened to.
We are in such challenging times and Tony created this event to help us change how we view things, therefore giving us the ability if we followed along to change our lives.
How many of us need guidance and support along with some peace in these panicky times?
Many will see Tony Robbins as an expert, yet he claims to be the person that brought the term coaching into everyday life. Life and leadership coaching in particular.
I am grateful to Tony. I am a board-certified health and wellness coach, holding an additional certification in functional medicine. After desiring optimum wellness for myself, I decided to train so that I could help others.
Over the years I have adjusted my lifestyle and how I eat to be as clean, green, and organic as possible.
I’ve seen great progress but with that said, I will admit that I tend to lack energy — and not just at the 3:00 mark that so many of us experience. It can start as early as noon and last into the evening. I just kept pushing through while looking for help.
Whether you like Tony Robbins or not — one thing that can be agreed upon is that he has A LOT of energy!
So on Day 6, Tony addressed what he does to increase his stamina, to give him the best quality of life. If you were part of this, did your ears perk up too?
Tony introduced us to Anthony who came on the screen to share his magical formula…celery juice. I’ve heard him speak before, my doctor recommended his books — but now is the time for me to finally listen.
Why now? Why not!
- How many of us feel drained, especially now with life’s challenges?
- How many of us need to find some peace and want to feel some control in these out of control times?
- How many of us need to boost our immune system with the virus still around?

After the challenge, I started listening to a few of his audiobooks. In particular, I’ve been switching between Cleanse To Heal and Celery Juice.
It seems that just about all conditions and diseases stem from liver issues, as the liver detoxifies our body. And what helps the liver to detoxify? Celery juice — in particular the sodium cluster salts found in the celery when juiced, is very medicinal.
Did you know that celery is actually an herb? And Anthony shares that its juice is actually medicine.
Along with celery juice is a morning routine that Anthony shared with us on FB that day. During sleep, our livers look to gather all the toxins, chemicals, poisons, pharmaceuticals, etc. Once gathered, it’s stored in the liver — and each day we collect more. Some of us have decades worth stored up.
By morning the liver is supposed to pack it up and dump it out — flush it out of us through the bloodstream, urine, skin, bowels — BUT we usually break the liver’s morning routine! How?
