Toni the Talker Has Been Suspended! Why?
Does Medium really disappear people
Yesterday, around 2:30 PM CST, I had just finished reading a story from one of my favorite writers and mentor, Toni the Talker (Greathouse). I gave my 50 claps, wrote a comment, but when I tried to post the comment, my screen froze. I tried to return to the story, but it had disappeared! I closed out the app on my phone, reopened it, and tried to find Toni. She had disappeared!!
Since Toni had shared with me that she was suspended about a year ago, I sent her this quick text:
“Uh oh! Have you been placed in Medium prison again??”
Toni called me immediately. She was unaware of her disappearance. She checked her account, and discovered a message stating her account had been suspended due to rules violations. No explanation. No email.
What rules! What violation?
Toni is a professional writer whose stories and articles are always informative, encouraging and free of hate speech or any other inappropriate content. She is a boosted writer.
Toni the Talker and her followers want answers! Please release her! Let her go!
