I really like tomatoes and I really like making this vinaigrette to go with my meals. Tomato is rich in vitamins and is super delicious, goes very well with a wide variety of dishes and this vinaigrette proves that!

In Portugal we use this fruit a lot (Tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable as many people think) and we also grow tomatoes in our country Hope you like the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Sliced ​​tomatoes in cubes
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 minced garlic
  • Dried oregano leaves
  • Oil, vinegar and salt to taste

How to prepare it:
