Today’s random word is considerable.

Tom and Huck set out on another of their famous adventures in this 100-word drabble. Please stick around for at least 30 seconds to get the full effect and Medium gives me credit for the story. Thank ‘ya kindly!

Tom and Huck were plannin’ their next fishin’ adventure. Tom declared, “We gotta catch us a big fish, Huck!”

Huck scratching his head, and thinkin’ hard, “Yeah, but we’ll need considerable bait for that.”

Grinnin’, Tom nods, “I reckon we’ll need a whole mess of worms, Huck!”

So, they dig and dig, filling up their bucket with squiggly critters. But just as they’re about to cast their lines, they hear a voice.

“Fish bitin’ yet, boys?”

They turn around to see Aunt Polly starin’ at them with a considerable frown.

Turns out…they’d been diggin’ up her prized garden for bait!
