Create your future beginning now

We tend to carry the past with us into our days.

It can be such a heavy load to bear upon our shoulders. Why do we do it?

Each day seems to a continuation of the days before. However, each day is a new beginning.

We all get a clean slate each day to create our future.

We are the artists of our lives, crafting our one unique life.

Lesson to Learn

When we awake each day, we are offered a fresh start.

We choose how we live our days. We get to choose our attitudes, actions, responses, and goals.

Although we are creatures of habit, even our practices can be changed when we start each day. A clean slate is offered to us if we both accept it and do something about it.

Creating a better future is all about accepting the responsibility of our new day and doing something extraordinary with it.

When we see this new day as an opportunity for something amazing, it becomes what we imagine it to be.

Answer for Me

For the longest time, my days seemed trapped in an endless cycle, not in my control.

My days, weeks, and years seemed like a continuation of the time before.

Then, I learned that much of my life could be changed if I examined my habits, thoughts, and choices.

One book helped me process these concepts more thoroughly. Change Anything: The New Science of Personal Success gave me the understanding and tools to choose to create — or recreate — my daily habits and life.

Soon after, I lost 20 pounds, wrote a book, accepted new roles, and completed meaningful projects that I had put off for years. Once I understood that I could be the author of each day and became willing to use the tools, meaningful change was achievable.

Each day was a clean slate upon which to create my new life.
