Sweet surprise

Today my husband and I finished yet another 500 piece puzzle. And when we were done with this one today the Hubs turned to me with a sweet smile and said “I really love doing puzzles WITH YOU!”

His eyes were so bright and happy and I told him the same thing in reply. His eyes said “I love you”. At least that’s what I saw.

Who knew that a friends birthday gift to me back in September of a 1,000 piece puzzle would stir up such emotion between us as we have been continuing (yet with 500 pieces only) to puzzle. Her gift is continuing to bring us joy with each new puzzle we find.
