MEDITATION
Today I Am Blossoming. Tomorrow I Will Bloom.
It’s ok to be right where you are today

Spirit, thank You that I am right where I need to be doing what I am meant to be doing. I thank You for the gifts You have given me and I hope to make the most of them.

Do you recognize that you are right where you are meant to be?
Do you see all that has bloomed in your wake?
Do you know how gifted you are?
Do you see how beautiful you have become?
This is what is important. It’s not the fears and doubts. It’s what you have already accomplished and what you can still do.

Dream big.
Look up at the sky and tell God thank You for keeping those dreams alive.
When you begin to doubt, take a pause and remember who you are and where you’ve come from, and how long it took you to get where you are. Don’t let the fear be like the weeds in the garden, choking out the beautiful flowers that are still yet to bloom.
No.
Allow yourself to stand in the conviction that you have given so much of who you are already and yet there is more beauty within you — some for you to preserve for yourself and some to still give away.
Don’t be afraid to give away that beautiful side of yourself.
The world needs more of you. Find the right places. Have the courage to be patient for the right moment — the one where God opens the door wide and you know, deep inside you, this is for you. And when that moment happens, don’t be afraid to step through that door. It’s open for a reason.
Even if it doesn’t make sense at that time. There is a reason it is open at that moment.
And don’t hold all that joy in. Go ahead and celebrate because you deserve that too.
What I do know is that what is best for us is to be happy and enjoy life as long as we live. And God’s gift to us is to eat and drink and find fulfillment in our work. — Ecclesiastes 3:12–13, TIB
And so it is. Amen.

What moves you to celebrate?
Are you a person who celebrates yourself? If not, why? What’s holding you back? Where does that hesitation come from?
Are you a doubter? If so, what causes you to move into that? What fears are keeping you from seeing how valuable you are?
When you see someone else doing amazing things, what is your first reaction? If it is to shout with joy, imagine doing that for yourself. You deserve it too.

Take 10 minutes every day for a week to attend to your soul. Do 10 minutes of something that brings you deep joy. It doesn’t have to be the same thing every day. Use those 10 minutes to celebrate you and all that you are.

May you know how beautiful you are — inside and out. May you see yourself the way God sees you — perfect and beautiful. May you know, without a doubt, that your gifts and talents are needed in this world. May you find the right place to use those gifts.
May you know that you are loved because you matter. May your soul be refreshed.
