To Leave a Trail, I Must Walk the Path Untrodden
A spiritual poem of my aspirations.

Life is a path of the unknown, which I must walk Alone, To find my way. I know I’ll fall I know I’ll fail I know I’ll die But I am sure That “I will rise, I’ll win, I’ll live even after I die.”
I’ll burn like the sun, That lightens the world of darkness. I will become the torch of the ignorant. I’ll also set in the evening. To make way for the moon that I’ll become.
My pale moonlight at the darkest night, Will soothe the tiring eyes of the world, that has toiled hard during the day. I’ll calm the chaotic minds, Through the peace I possess. I’ll warm the broken hearts, Through the love I have. I’ll simmer everyone’s dreams at night, Through the heat of my passion.
I’ll walk the path untrodden, So that others might find their way soon. Through the hardships I face, Through the pain I endure, Through the life I live, I’ll inspire the wanderers of time. I’ll ignite a spark of hope amongst the distressed souls.
I’ll walk the untrodden path. To be the sparkling light of the lamp, That will burn amidst the fierce storms. I’ll then be the cool canopy of trees, That will comfort the traveler passing by.
I’ll remain unknown, walking down the path unknown.
I’ll learn from the inspiring sky, to fly high. I’ll seek my motivation from the earth, to be strong.
I’ll bloom like a wildflower, Who’ll refuse to wither and dry, But my fragrance will freshen the air eternally, Even if I am crushed to death. I’ll still have that passion for my dreams, That will lift me when I fall flat.
I’ll learn from my mistakes, And live a life of worth, I’ll work to make this world crave me, Before the last breath of my life. Though my life will be painful, I’ll gain a lot…….by losing. I’ll walk that path of balance.
I plan to leave this world with my head held high, So, I have to walk the path unknown.
I might be dead if I chose to live that way, But I would surely die if I choose not to.
So, this is what I have to do. This is what I plan to do. This is what I live for. This is what I live by. This is what I have to say. This is what I aspire to be.
