To Forgive, Accept and Love is to be Free

Love, respect, accept and appreciate yourself before you can expect anyone else to do the same.
Accept and process your traumas, appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow that they have created.
It is the first step on the journey to freeing yourself.
You can let those traumas and pain swallow you up or you can fight against them.
You have already done both.
Neither has set you free.
You could look back on them and forgive yourself for mistakes, forgive others theirs and accept the opportunity for spiritual growth it has provided.
You can’t change the past, who you were in the past and you can’t changes others.
You can choose right now to change how you perceive the traumas of the past.
Will you keep yourself chained to it, or will you let it go and find peace.
The choice is yours, only you can do it.
