We’re grateful for the international and multicultural environment you all help to build with your hard-working dedication.

It has come to our attention that many of you struggle to remember and correctly pronounce the large spectrum of collaborators’ names.

It’s creating unnecessary tension and can even be disheartening.

This policy aims to remedy that situation.

Who’s in a better place than yourself to know your name and pronounce it the way you like? Maybe your parents, but they usually don’t work for us.

From now on, please call everybody else by your name.
