To Clap or Applaud. Which One, Which One?
It Helps the Algorithm!
When you read someone’s article on Medium, do you clap once or twice or hold your mouse or finger over the clap icon until it hits 50? FYI: It tells the writer someone applauded. Have you seen that?
Why bother applauding, you ask? Because it changes the algorithm for that writer. So, I challenge you. For the next 12 articles that you read, applaud instead of clapping once or twice. Give that writer some encouragement.
