Tips for Writing Stories at It’s Your Turn
It’s Your Turn is the shipping sanctuary for altMBA alumni on Medium.

- Complete your Medium profile with a full name and a picture
- Tag your story with 1+ of our IYT tags (currently: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing, Education, Personal Development, Wellness)
- Add a picture to your story (consider these sources for images) with a minimum of 300 pixels in one dimension. You can also add a video, social media content like a tweet or Instagram, other Medium stories, documents and a variety of other media types (such as GIFs, podcasts, or presentations)
- Publish your story to Medium by clicking on the menu “Publish” and then hitting the button “Publish”. It will publicly show in your profile, and it is already available for Medium readers
- Submit your story to the It’s Your Turn publication: click “. . .” on the top of the page, and choose “Add to Publication” > It’s Your Turn.
- Keep shipping! Your transformation is your inspiration to stories; your stories are the heart of our publication, and the inspiration for change in our readers.
