Valuable Information in Understanding Consciousness

The first tip I have for you is not to use melatonin. While some supplemental melatonin helps you be more lucid in your dreams, it also triggers, from my experience, the lower levels of the astral plane, often creating nightmares.

The astral/purgatory realm is the closest frequency or density of consciousness to our human life on earth. It is filled with our emotions and thoughts. This is how the astral worlds were created through what we think, believe, and feel in our physical bodies.

Along with melatonin, you don’t want to use ayahuasca. All these drugs put you at risk of triggering reactions of fear, attachment, and dark experiences. Especially if your consciousness is not in a high vibrational state, also, be cautious about alcohol. If you are going to drink, make sure it is primarily out of your system before sleeping. Any of these substances will trigger lower astral vibrations, and we are working to move our consciousness into higher realms of thought reality beyond the astral world.

Some people, their consciousness stays in this astral realm after death. When they die, they shift their consciousness from here to the astral/purgatory realm, which looks similar to this earth realm. I have seen in my astral travels many of my deceased relatives and many people who are living their lives as they did on earth. These deceased people were addicted and attached to their bodies. These behavior patterns are still attached to us if we do not release or clear them before death. Because many people believe they will see their dead relatives when they die or are fearful and resistant to letting go of the body, they often transition after death into a similar life as they had on earth. Therefore, we want to move beyond the astral world and into higher consciousness experiences.

Next, do not eat late at night or watch television before you go to bed. You want to have a clean mind and a clean, calm body when you go to sleep. You do not want to complicate your dreams or astral traveling by junking it up with lower vibrations.

In the morning, make sure that you do not use an alarm clock. An alarm clock shatters your connection to your higher consciousness, dwelling in higher frequencies. It completely disrupts the entire download of information that may be happening, your ability to remember what was going on, and any messages coming to you. I trained myself in my 20s, decades ago, never to use an alarm clock.

Wake yourself up naturally thirty minutes before the time you need to get up. When you wake up, stay still, do not move your body or move your head. Wake up very slowly and keep your eyes closed. If you find you have opened your eyes, close them again. Keep yourself in that transitional state because it is not when you go to sleep, but when you wake up, you will get most of your downloads of information, guidance, and messages. I have learned this from decades of experience understanding what is transpiring with our consciousness.

Lucid dreaming or astral travel solidifies a path by going back and forth into alternate realms of consciousness. So when you wake up, be as peaceful and quiet as possible to integrate these higher frequencies because you cannot go where you haven’t been when you die or make a transition.

During sleep (or meditating), your awareness or consciousness can inhabit other bodies doing things in different realities. I do this all the time. These experiences have to be integrated into your human consciousness. We transfer our consciousness after death into other bodies. So we have to create a pathway to the new body while still in our physical body.

Another tip is to keep a journal. This is important because some dreams and astral travels connect the dots of where you are going in the afterlife. Sometimes you may go in your sleep or meditation to different places because you are being educated about your options. So you may travel in different bodies for a while until you settle into some area that is compatible with you at the moment of transition.

The last thing I want to mention is the Sacred Fire. I have been actively using this fire since 1986. The Sacred Fire is important for expanding into higher frequencies or densities of conscious reality. I have done a lot of videos on the Sacred Fire if you want a deeper explanation. The Sacred Fire cleanses and purifies your entire energy system: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. You will begin to feel these energies and frequencies moving through your body at some point in your use. Your body could shake or feel spins or waves of energy. This is all part of the process of expansion and releasing your attachment to your earth body.

The key thing to remember is not to get discouraged in your lucid dream and astral travel work. Keep at it; it is a lifelong process.
