Timeless Music

What are we giving eternity?

Opening the Pandora’s box of memories the music comes rushing out permanently recorded in our mind’s vault. As fresh as when it first played in the background of unforgettable moments.

Through that music time fades and we re-experience long ago nows. A beat, a rhythm, an undeniable melody. It’s like turning a dial and we are once again there.

And we realize how thin the veils are between our experiences. Can we turn it all off? Erase it? Or are we merely covering our ears? Can music ever be erased? Forgotten?

Can any moment truly cease to exist once it has been recorded? Can any love expressed ever be taken back? Can we only give anew to the universe?
