Time to Heal
Sacred time well spent
Breaking, rebuilding Giving myself time; to be To mend, to return.
Looking back, I am so grateful I gave myself this time to fall apart so that I could bravely put myself back together again — even stronger and more whole than before.
Strangely, the pandemic helped.
It forced me to face myself as I am, to sit with myself with tender compassion, and to hold myself as I needed; first, as I wept and then as I rose.
Giving ourselves time to heal, is sacred time well spent. Don’t rush it, avoid it, or dismiss it. If you need to heal — give yourself this gift of self-love.
