u see somebody from your team go to a different team and that job was supposedly on a freeze.I got a degree in computer science and I have put in the work on the team I am on now. My job claims to encourage growth but there is not a streamlined process that gives us the ability to grow.I often refrain from pulling the race card but these last 4 years I have been looked over and passed on by people who don't even have a degree in any type of tech field. I Have to Escape Before I Am Trapped Forever

Its time for me to stretch my arms and go through new experiences that will help me grow

I thought to myself this can't be it. I have been at my current job for the last 4 years and I have come to a point where I can't grow anymore. I have been trying to get with recruiters at my job about different tech openings and it's always a hiring freeze.

How is it a hiring freeze when I see the job postings on the company website? It's confusing especially when you see somebody from your team go to a different team and that job was supposedly on a freeze.
