Time Lapse
An inevitable change in the era of social distancing.
Nor have I changed and neither have you, only one thing has changed and that is time for Me and You!
In earlier times to send some news had to walk miles, internet didn’t use, we’d even happily sail across the river but now we only just type it on Twitter!
To know what’s happening, we’d read a book but now all the information is on Facebook, urgent message to send there was only telegram but now, for a one-to-one message, it’s Instagram!
In those days to meet and greet we’d hug each and touch elders feet, nowadays it’s simple just send that Emoji who needs to move, when one is just lazy!
In those days to step out, we waited all-day and now stepping out gets in comforts way, those were the days, the time worth remembering but all does seem bygone in this era of Social Distancing!
Nor have I changed and neither have you, only one thing has changed and that is time for Me and You!
I just hope our time on medium is not on Time Lapse. Please Medium, you are our stage, so let us continue with outstanding performances as we are doing till now for you. It’s best to join hands and work in tandem keeping each other’s interests in mind. Are you with me Dr Mehmet Yildiz Alison Tennent Ann Venkataraman Bill Abbate Arthur G. Hernandez B. A. Cumberlidge.
