Summary

The universe responds to urgent and desperate requests with three possible answers, two of which may be disappointing, emphasizing the importance of readiness, patience, and trust in the universe's timing and plans.

Abstract

According to the text, when individuals fervently ask the universe for something, they can expect one of three responses: an immediate "Yes," a "Not yet," or a definitive "No, I have something better for you." The first response, "Yes," is granted when the individual is prepared and the request aligns with their well-being. The second response, "Not yet," indicates that the person is either not ready or needs to cultivate patience, which is essential for manifesting desires. The final response, "No," suggests that the universe has a greater plan, and what is denied now may lead to something superior in the future. The author emphasizes that patience, preparation, and faith are crucial in aligning with the universe's timing and that sometimes not getting what we want can be a blessing in disguise.

Opinions

  • The universe is likened to a loving father who ensures that what is granted will not cause harm, reflecting a belief in its benevolence and wisdom.
  • Success at the wrong time could be detrimental, implying that timing is as important as the desire itself.
  • Patience is equated with hope, faith, and confidence, all of which are necessary to materialize one's desires.
  • Complaining is seen as a waste of energy; instead, perseverance and faith are encouraged.
  • The universe's intelligence is considered superior to human understanding, suggesting that there is a larger cosmic plan at play.
  • The author suggests that looking back, individuals will often see that the universe's denials were actually for their greater good.
  • Uncertainty is acknowledged as frightening, but the author maintains that trust in the universe's plan is crucial.
  • The text concludes with the idea that a change in perspective can transform one's experience, implying that gratitude for all experiences is key to understanding the universe's grand design.

Three Quick but Powerful Answers the Universe Gives You When You Desperately Ask for Something

And two of them are not going to please you.

No matter how much you pray.

No matter how much you meditate.

No matter how much you increase your vibration.

No matter how many times you clean your aura with palo santo.

No matter how much you visualize yourself in Ibiza drinking a piña colada in a beach club while David Guetta plays.

Whenever you ask the universe for something urgently and desperately, the universe will only answer one of these three things, and two will not please you.

1. Hell, yes!

“Luck is where preparation and opportunity meet” — Seneca.

“If you’re prepared, it will come into your life,” my grandfather used to say. And he was right.

When the times are correct, you are qualified, and the universe knows that what you ask for will not destroy you; it grants it to you.

The universe is a loving father who will not give his son a lighter no matter how many tantrums he throws until he learns that fire burns.

The same goes for prosperity.

I would have undoubtedly destroyed myself if success had come to me much earlier in life.

At 42 years of age, I no longer think of spending what I earn on nonsense, and that is precisely why the universe blesses me abundantly: because it knows that I will use the fire (resources) to make a fire and warm my loved ones, not to burn myself to death (waste it on vices and excesses).

2. Not yet

“All human wisdom can be summed up in two words: to hope and to wait.” — Alexandre Dumas.

When you ask the universe for something, and it answers “Not yet,” you only hear the “No” part and forget the “Yet” word.

The universe doesn’t say no. It tells you yes but in the future.

And it usually tells you for one of two reasons.

  1. You are not ready yet.
  2. You have to strengthen your patience muscle.

The second reason is that people usually need help understanding.

Look,

Patience = Hope = Faith = Confidence = materialize what you desire.

Therefore, when the universe answers “Not yet,” it tells you to persevere and water what you desire with your faith.

There are things in this world that you need to believe in for them to exist, not vice versa.

Believe = Create (don’t forget)

Faiths are the only thing with which you can water the seeds of your desires so that they bloom in the garden of life.

So stop wasting your energy on complaining and persevere.

3. No. I have something better for you.

“God does not play dice with the universe” — Albert Einstein.

This answer is the worst of all.

Not only does the universe not give us what we ask for, but it also tends to send a meteorite and destroy everything we have built in pursuit of our dream.

We don’t understand it, and we get angry. As time passes, we get tired of the universe and think it’s all nonsense.

And one day, you discover that losing that dream you so insistently demanded the universe to fulfill is the best thing ever happening to you.

Life has repeatedly shown me that flowing is not about doing whatever I want when I want; on the contrary,

To flow is to accept things as they come and trust that everything happens for a reason, that the universe has an infinite intelligence superior to mine, and that it has great plans for me.

I want to understand that I am part (and so are you) of a bigger plan that I still don’t know because I can’t see the whole picture until the work is finished.

It’s scary because uncertainty is scary, but in the end, you will connect the dots, and looking back, you will discover that the universe had bigger dreams for you than your own.

And you will be grateful for all the bad things that have happened to you.

Remember, the way you look at things changes things.

A new way of looking at something makes something new.
